These declarations apply to the use of this website and of the products and services as well as the exchanging of information.

The author complies with Swiss data protection provisions (the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection – FADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EUGDPR). Personal data will handled on a strictly confidential basis and it will not be passed on to third parties unless explicit consent is provided for doing so.

Data is personal data if it may clearly be assigned to a specific natural person. The following provisions provide information about the nature, scope and purpose of the gathering, use and processing of personal data.

 

Gathering of personal data

Data is gathered either manually or automatically, and personalized and/or unpersonalized communication takes place relating to you, during the use of this website, the software, the services, the contact functions and the configurators as well as through business contacts. For example, your name, address, email address etc. This data has to be stored in systems in order to enable business activities to be undertaken.

Gathering of data via the website

Working in close cooperation with the hosting provider the author makes every effort to protect the website data from being accessed by third parties, and to protect it from losses, misuse or tampering. These contain the URLs which are accessed, IP addresses, the date and time and the browser inquiry details, and general information which is transmitted concerning the operating system and browser. Data processing by YouTube

For the incorporation of videos this site uses as the provider YouTube LLC , 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA, represented by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. As soon as you call up a page which incorporates embedded videos, your IP address is sent to YouTube and cookies are installed on your computer. If you are logged on to YouTube this information is also assigned to your user account (you can prevent this by logging out of YouTube before calling up the video). The author has no knowledge of the subsequent potential gathering and use of your data by YouTube, and he has no influence over it.
